Jeff Goldblum surprised a visibly moved Scarlett Johansson with his message[/caption]

Scarlett, 39, was a special guest on the Today show on July 8.

She was surprised by a video cameo from Jeff Goldblum, 71, who welcomed her to the Jurassic World universe as she’s set to star in its next movie.

“This I know, Scarlett will find a way,” Goldblum told the actress in the video.

“No way!” Scarlett said, looking overjoyed by the surprise visit from Jeff, who played Dr. Ian Malcolm in the original flick.

The broadcast cut back to Savannah, who told Scarlett, “‘Water finds a way.’ It’s an iconic line from the movie!”

“Life finds a way,” Scarlett sternly corrected her.

“Life finds a way!” Savannah said back. “That’s what it is.”

‘WATER FINDS A WAY?’

Savannah’s flub instantly caused a social media stampede, with fans left scratching their heads.

“Where did she get ‘Water finds a way’ from?” one X fan asked.

“Water finds a way” just sums her up to be honest,” wrote another. “Based Scarlett for correcting her.”

“Fire that news lady! ‘Water finds a way’…” roard a third.

JEFF’S MOVING MESSAGE

Scarlett was on the NBC morning show to promote her new movie, Fly Me to the Moon.

In the clip, however, Jeff congratulated the actress on joining the cast of the next Jurassic World movie with a moving message.

The surprise began when Scarlett told Savannah she was a major fan of the Jurassic films, which began with the iconic 1993 original.

Then, a video of Jeff, who has appeared in three of the movies, played.

He wore a neon-colored T-rex sweater under a leather blazer – nodding to his character’s look in the first film – as he delivered his message.

“Doctor Johansson, this is Jeff Goldblum. Here’s what I want to say to you. This I know: Scarlett will find a way,” he said, paraphrasing his character’s classic line from the Steven Spielberg-directed movie.

“I love you so so much. Don’t get eaten, unless you want to. I love you. Mwah!”

“Oh my gosh, I can’t believe Jeff actually said that to me. I mean, I think my life is complete now. I can retire,” she joked (after correcting Savannah).

Scarlett also recalled how the original Jurassic Park was “one of the first movies I remember seeing in the theater.”

“I was probably like 10 or 11, and it was absolutely transformative for me,” she said of the Oscar-winning adventure movie,” she said.

“I mean, the experience was — we had never seen anything like that, CGI used in that way. And when you see it, it still holds up. I mean, it looks so great.”

JO-RASSIC WORLD!

The producers behind the Jurassic World movies announced the series’ next film in February.

Scarlett was first reported to be in talks to lead the franchise into the future in March.

The Scarlett-fronted vehicle will be released in theaters on July 2, 2025.

She, along with franchise newcomer Jonathan Bailey, is teaming up with director Gareth Edwards (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, The Creator).

The latest sequel is written by screenwriter David Koepp, who originally adapted Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park novel for the screen.

Steven Spielberg signed on as an executive producer for the film, which will be the seventh in the Jurassic series.

He directed the smash-hit first film, Jurassic Park, in 1993.

In 2015, 2018, and 2022, there was a trilogy of Jurassic World movies starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.

While Chris and Bryce were a dynamic duo for the previous three reboots, the actors are not expected to be in the next installment.

Five years ago, Scarlett topped the list of highest-paid actresses.

Since then played the lead and was an executive producer for the 2021 superhero thriller Black Widow.

In the meantime, she has been keeping a slightly lower profile, having her second child with SNL’s Colin Jost and launching a skincare brand.
